TennoLink
Privacy policy
What data TennoLink keeps about you, what for, where it lives and how you take it or delete it. What stays in your browser has its own page: cookies.
Who is responsible for your data
TennoLink, a non-profit community project with no relation to Digital Extremes. We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to anyone for advertising. For anything to do with it, write to us through the channels on the contact page.
Your account data
If you create an account we store your email (private) and your player profile: username, IGN and platform, which are public so other players can find you. Data is hosted on Supabase.
Why we may process it
Because it is what it takes to give you what you asked for: without an email there is no account to come back to, and without a public name there is nothing to find you by in a lobby. Nothing we store serves advertising or measures what you do, so there is nothing to ask your consent for.
Your rights
Seeing and correcting your data is something you do yourself in Settings, and so is deleting the whole account. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, object to a processing or complain to the data protection authority in your country. Whatever Settings does not cover, ask through contact.
How to delete it
Settings → Privacy lets you delete your account: your profile, your picture, your lobbies, who you follow, your notifications and your alerts all go. It is immediate and you do not have to ask anyone. Only the record of what the team did about reports stays, already without your name.
Cookies and browser storage
What TennoLink leaves in your browser goes separately, with the full list of what is stored, what it is for and how long it lasts.
